Terms and Conditions

The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed all the terms and conditions and agreed to them prior to signing the contract.

University admission, obtaining a scholarship, or securing a visa is not guaranteed, as it is subject to the decisions of universities, embassies, and official authorities, and the Office has no authority to influence such decisions.

The Office’s role is limited to providing advisory services, preparing the application file, handling registration, and administrative follow-up only.

All fees paid to the Office are non-refundable upon signing the contract, whether the application is accepted, rejected, or the Client withdraws for any reason.

The Client undertakes to submit all required documents within the specified deadlines and bears responsibility for any delay or deficiency in the file.

The Office shall not be held liable for the rejection of an application due to the submission of incorrect, forged, or expired information or documents.

The Office bears no responsibility for any changes to immigration or visa laws, or to university or scholarship terms, after the signing of the contract.

The Client must sign the contract within a maximum period of 48 hours from the date of receipt. After this period expires, the Office reserves the right to cancel the offer or modify prices and services without prior notice.

Any amounts paid to universities, embassies, or external bodies are subject to the refund policies of those entities and not to the Office’s policy.

The Client undertakes to cooperate with the Office and to respond to requests for completing the application file in a timely manner.

The Office reserves the right to suspend the provision of services if it is proven that the Client submitted incorrect information or forged documents, or breached the terms of the contract.

Any dispute arising between the parties shall first be settled amicably. In the event that this is not possible, jurisdiction shall be vested in the Algerian courts in accordance with applicable laws.

The Client's signature on the contract constitutes an acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions without reservation.
